Alessia Offredi is a Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Professor and Research-Assistant at Studi Cognitivi.
Offredi received her Master’s degree, cum laude, in Clinical Psychology at the University of Pavia in 2012. From there, she completed a postgraduate degree, cum laude, in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy at Studi Cognitivi in Modena in 2016. Subsequently, she participated in three levels of DBT training with Dr. Charlie Swenson, M.D., and Advanced REBT level with Dr. DiGiuseppe, Ph.D. and Dr. Doyle, Ph.D. She also took part in several training courses held by Dr. Adrian Wells, Ph.D. on Metacognitive Therapy. She currently works as a freelancer at the Clinical Centre of Studi Cognitivi, where she performs clinical evaluations during the assessment phase and treats anxiety and mood disorders. She is an external consultant with the Sant’Anna Penitentiary Institute of Modena, where she applies Suicidal Risk Assessment Protocol with inmates. She is responsible for the development and dissemination of inTherapy project software within the Studi Cognitivi network, where she leads courses related to the integration of CBT and new technologies. She is the author of several scientific publications and is a speaker at national and international conferences.
