Carlo Scognamiglio

PhD, Director of the pedagogical series "Summerhill" at STAMEN publishing house

Carlo Scognamiglio (PhD) teaches Philosophy, History, and the Humanities at the secondary school level. He is an experienced trainer in innovative teaching methodologies, Educational Psychology, and Pedagogical Systems. He has published monographs, edited volumes, and scientific articles in both Italian and English. He serves as the director of the pedagogical series “Summerhill” at STAMEN publishing house and is an editor, particularly on topics related to educational policies, for the MicroMega magazine. Over the past twenty years, he has held adjunct teaching positions at the “Sapienza” University of Rome, RomaTre, and the Pontifical University of Saint Thomas Aquinas. He has engaged in research activities with the National Research Council (CNR) and the University of Florence. Additionally, he has participated as an instructor and served as a board member in research societies, as well as organizations focused on the training and professional development of school personnel and socio-healthcare facilities.
